Have you been to the brewery or the restaurant? I'll be in San Antonio in April and I'm trying to figure out some destinations.
Been to the brewery, but haven't tried the restaurant. It's worth going to! I still maintain that Shiner Bock is pound-for-pound the greatest beer Texas ever produced. While in San Antonio, this place is a good spot for Tex-Mex:

The Riverwalk...eh...not what it used to be. It was gross and super sketch last time we went.

Of course! As far as what to order for that super authentic Texas lunch/dinner experience...to quote a Robert Earl Keen song:
"a steaming, greasy plate of enchiladas
With lots of cheese and onions and a guacamole salad."
