Its not hard to make a homebrewed IPA that is completely over the top and crazy hoppy. My first homebrew was a Chinook IPA (back when Chinook was a relatively new hop for homebrewers) that you could strip paint with.

What is very hard is to consistently make an IPA that is very bitter yet balanced (I could never consistently make something like a Celebration Ale or an English style IPA).

So, why not try making your own 120 min IPA? I think you can find info on their hopping system on the web.

You lucky dog, I have still yet to acquire a bottle. Hoping I get some next time they release it. I heard that were have quality control and fermentation issues with one of their recent batches.
