BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Haven't tried it, but I sure love that haze!
I keep forgetting to post these. This one was just okay. Didn't get much of the typical heffeweizen notes and only a bit of blueberry action. Not much body. Oh well. Half the fun is in the experimentation!

I had what I think was a sour ale a few years back and it tasted like stomach acid. Like the stuff they put on the warheads super sour candy. It was gnarly. Is this stuff similar?
Hah! A LOT of sours taste that way, and to me a lot of Berliner Weisses. This one didn't have a ton of that going on, mostly because it had a lot of citrusy lemon flavor that kinda cut through it.

DogFish Head makes one called SeaQuench that I think you might like. Lots of the salty/lime thing but none of that funk. Very refreshing. But then again I'm a salt/lime/pickle juice hound in my beer haha.
