Puros Indios makes a cigar called the Chief, (dpricenator mentioned) it comes with it's own coffin and measures 17 7/8 x 90-100 (just a guess on ring) the telephone number on the coffin is 305-644-1116.
Someone sent it to me as a gag gift a couple of years ago, it might take the better part of a day to smoke the thing. This is one huge honkin cigar.

Perdomo makes those Inmenso cigars. I think they are like a 72 ring gauge. Probably under 10 bucks, never had one.
