That is Priority mail Delivery Confirmation Number. You can go to USPS.com and see if the package was delivered, least expensive way to "track" a package. Anything less than a pound is $4.60 nationwide. or maybe a few cents more if you don't do it online and go into the post office.

the largest I've seen is the La Tradicion Cubana The Big one has a ring gauge of 192 but i havent been able to find were you can buy one. its 12x192 i think its the biggest unless you count the world record on ripelys that is 5 feet lon and weighs about 60 pounds
