I think the pipe version is a good idea since we all know that lighting a cigar with a Zippo is sacrilegious
Polished brass(Armor series...thicker case) at the top, tumbled brass(Armor series) at the bottom. My Ironworker Zippo(I wish they still made these or a current version...) that just came back from the Zippo Repair Center. The loose hinge is now perfectly tightened and aligned. They also sent me brass and chrome pipe lighter inserts.
Or have Zippo send both inserts with the case.

These work pretty well. They just don't hold a lot of fuel.
They are aftermarket... Thunderbird or Z-Plus.

Z - Plus fan here. When I quit cigarettes for cigars, two of the zippos I owned were gifts to me. Rather then throwing them in a drawer forever, I converted them with the Jet-cartridges. Been a couple years now still no issues.
