BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Just cracked my bottle open. The immediate bouquet that I get is vanilla. I'm drinking it neat accompanied with a VSG. The maple flavor is predominant but not overpowering, the finish is a little bitter but I'm sure if I served this on the rocks it would tame that down a bit. Like it? Yeah, it's something I'll drink, not as often as Tullermore or a good single malt but I can see me experimenting with different mixes.

I cracked my bottle too and it isn't really what I like. I like sweet, but not that sweet. I could see using that in my eggnog as John said. And I will also use this in some cooking recipes that I use whiskey in, could add an interesting dimension.
