Just came across this thread. It's a bit old but I just bought a bike picking up next weekend. 01 Suzuki SV650. First bike pretty excited.

Just picked up a Ducati Hypermotard 1100 EVO SP today after taking a 4yr break from riding. Elated to be back on two wheels and constantly amazed by this machine!

You know what they say: The easiest way to convert Gas into noise without the side effect of horsepower is to ride a HD.

Gotta mess with you guys.

I do laugh when I see someone say they're to old for a sport/naked or sport touring bike. I know a couple 60+ guys riding FZ1's and even R1's. I consider bikes like cigars, ride what you like and like what you ride. I will probably add a cruiser of some sort (Raider has my attention) next year for local non-speed related rides.

Congrats to the new bike purchases. Mine (1998 Road King Classic) is in for service, but I'm in the market to sell it. Looking at another touring model but I'm going to test ride everying since it's been a while since I bought a new (new to me) bike. BTW, I'm not an old fart, but I love my HD :) "Ride what you like/Like what you ride" Amen to that brother!

I just noticed this thread. I ride a black '01 HD Superglide (FXD) tricked out as a bagger. I also had an amazing '03 Goldwing for about a year, but I sold it after my wife figured out that she didn't like touring nearly as much as shorter rides. Broke my heart to sell it.... :crytears:

Another rider here, 5 years ago I moved over to Victory and presently have a Vision (the bike people lover to hate until you ride one) and Cross Country.

'88 883 with lots of stuff. Have the body parts off right now with the intention of painting, but haven't gotten around to it.

It seems I haven't polluted this thread with pix of my Panigale R yet. Got rid of the Hypermotard in July and picked this up:

Sorry guys, you show everyone pix of your kids. This is what I show people instead.
