Now i have to pipe up here and ask -- do you mean the "newer" fumadores? Not sure i've seen this at holt's and want to give it a shot...

Nope. I believe Headbanger as tried the fumadores and likes them. I am strictly a long filler guy. These are the Holt's Connoisseur cigars, specifically the bishop. They are made for Holts by Pepin Garcia. Its a very nice smoke.

I have smoked 3-4 of the #1 (5x50) and 1 of the #2 (6x50) Fumadores. These are Holt's exclusives and are Pepin mixed seconds from the factory in Nicaragua. Outstanding burn, large smoke volume, both unlike most other seconds or short fillers sticks I have tried. Typical Pepin spicy profile, medium in strength, but lacks depth and probably lacks the potential to improve much with aging. For the price they are very hard to beat.
