I don't think the 85th was reviewed in time to get on the list.
It was on the CI list that jdog posted.....PAM 85th got a 91. So, it was eligible to be part of the 60 they use to determine the list, maybe it is in the Top 25, just not Top 10.

Oh, there you go. I haven't had one yet myself, but I love the 45th and 46th ... some of the few overpriced cigars that I'll actually pony up for--well, when I get them on sale :).

It's a complex algorithm. Once they get a list together of everything rated over 90, then they multiply those scores by advertising revenue, and they are left with a much smaller list of cigars that their advertisers will find acceptable. Thought this was common knowledge!
Except Illusione, Habanos, Viaje all don't advertize with them... That's common knowledge that kills that whole argument.
