FWIW, I lost 26 pounds in 3 months last year ( 206 down to 180 ). I followed no specific "diet plan" ... mostly because I don't believe they work. The only thing I did was to eliminate excess sugar (no candy, ice cream, soda, etc) and exercise more often. By "exercise" this meant at least doing some brisk walking for 20 min everyday.

You know that is true. "Fad diets" work until you quit doing them. IMO, it's just better to have a well rounded diet.

305 would be my joking guess. But since this is for real cigars and for your sister, my guess is 197. Good luck and thanks for the contest bro.

185 if ya ain't wearing a hat on that big ole head of yours.

212 if you are.

On a side note, south beach diet sucks. I agree with Ted in regards to cutting out excess sugar and 20 minutes of treadmill time. Look at my sig...that is all I have done.

OK Todd,

I have a question. In order to guess more accurately are we to assume you will be on this diet until May 5th or March 30th? :nodlaugh: :nodlaugh: :nodlaugh:

This is pretty much what this diet is...nothing whacky like some others.

The last time I did this it helped me change my diet for almost a year. I didn't start gaining the weight I lost back until that point when I stopped watching what I ate.

My goal is 185.

All my life I have been able to rapidly gain and lose weight rather easily so we'll see.
