My full cutter is really quite dull, so I only use it on certain cigars with looser caps and/or strong and flexible wrappers.
I use a V cut on most though, never have problems with cracking the wrapper and if the draw is a little tight, just snip a second cut and its good to go. Rarely have an issue with the V cut.
Punches I used to use a lot. But as I expanded my knowledge and experience, I moved away from pretty much anything over 50rg and quit using the punches.
