Yes they do. Nicaragua is my answer... a guy I smoke with regularly said that after 20 years in the Army and most of it spent over sees he claims that Nicaragua makes better smokes than well you now that other country.

I used to say Cuba hands down but in the past 2 years I have really gotten into what you guys at Drew Estates are doing and what Pepin Garcia and Pete Johnson are putting out. I really think the quality coming from Nica right now is #1 bro.

I'd have to say Nicaragua as well. While some of my favorite cigars feature tobacco from multiple countries, many are either Nicaraguan puros or have Nicaraguan tobacco in them. Let's face it, Nicaragua just produces some good tobacco. Not that other countries don't though.
