DFW Herf - July 26th

If we did a BOTL DFW herf, how many people would we be looking at coming? I can get the local shop in S Arlington, just north of I20, but I'd like to tell them how many to expect. The dates I'm looking at are 7/26 or 8/9. If you have a preference, now is the time to speak.

I absolutely-positively *CANNOT* do the 7/26 date....my parents are coming into town that evening to go shopping and take me out to dinner for my birthday (which is on the 29th).

If we do it on 8/9 at Tobacco Road, then I'm in.

I just got off the phone with Jay....he's not set-in-stone on a date yet (although leaning towards 8/9) but he asked me to post up this bit of info: the guys at Tobacco Road told Jay that everyone who provides their BOTL.org username & an email address will get 15% off singles and 20% off boxes during the herf.

Let me talk with the wife and see what she thinks, since she has to fly up to Conneticut the 3rd. She might like to go to Dallas/Fort Worth and fly out from there. I will post something later this weekend.

Well the rules are as such:

1) The newest guy has to purchase everyone else a box or cigars
2) The 2 newest guys bring all the Beer and Scotch that all the other member want. (You can put me down for Macallans 18 year)
