I have tons of Meat and Pork for the grill I need to get rid of anyways.

I can bring POTATO SALAD and COLE SLAW.

I got you both down on the OP. We still need some more sides, something hot, maybe. We could use some drinks. We also need some plasticware and plates. Ya'll better start claiming stuff or I'll start assigning you.

BTW, it's BYOAlchohol. We've got a fridge to keep what we need cold, but you're welcome to bring whatever you want, or want to share.:yes:

I've only been to the Up in Smoke by Lincoln Park, before I got transfered to you here. I thought about stopping at the one in Lewisville a couple of times, but never made it there. Since I drive through FW now, that one is out of the way unless I'm going to our Corp. HQ.

As for the shop, I'd probably smoke too much of the inventory. lol


Jay, I'll figure out what I can take and let you know tomorrow or Thursday. I have to decide if I want to make something or buy something. What do we have up there to keep things warm beside the crock pot?

I've been in the mood for some BBQ Baked Beans, so I think I will make some on Friday and let them marinate in their own juices till Saturday and bring them along. We can warm them up on the grill maybe?

I'm thinking of bringing a few pounds of thin sliced jamaican jerk pork chops, maybe some onions/mushrooms in tin foil (to simmer on the grill)...and a cooler full of beer. I'm currently at zero inventory in my humi (got a box of fuente double chateua maduros on order), so I will most likely buy some sticks (box?) at the event.

Think it would be better to do the crockpots or just use the big disposable alluminum pan deals? I also have a crockpot around here somewhere. I could possibly make the beans in that and bring just the bowl portion and drop it in one of ya'all's crockpots to keep it warm? That's assuming I can actually find mine....

Crockpot usually works best as the grill space is usually at a premium.

Just got home a little bit ago. Good times were had. It was nice to put some faces with the handles. Just wanted to say thanks to the guys at Tobacco Road for hosting us, and thanks to Altercall for manning the grill. So when are we doing it again? :razz:
