I have a cigar most nights and it doesn't affect my sleep.

I do notice sometimes on a herf day, when I might have smoked 6-7 cigars, it might take me longer to fall asleep. But smoking days or weekends like that only happen a handful of times a year.

I can't disagree. Smoking affected me in any negative ways, so I stopped doign it recently and currently i try to quit. It atualy helped me t lose some weight and deal with stress, but the effect wasn't very long term. I also had big problems falling asleep. One night I haven't even slpt at all, and it was terrible, so i decided to quit and see if something changes. I alo bougth one of the best recliners for sleeping. Later, my sleep become better. I don't know what it actually was, but I sleep well now (6-7 hours) and It makes me happy.

I think that smoking cigarettes helps to relax, and contributes to good sleep. Of course, it still depends on the human body.
