I have an iPod shuffle for walking or biking, and it's not bad. It holds 112 mp3s, and it is really lighweight. It took me a while to figure out how to get iTunes to stop changing my mp3's to those AAC files.
My other mp3 player is a 40 gig Zen extra, with about 16 gigs of music, and 14 gig's of jpeg, and mp4's. It isn't as sexy as an iPod, but I can change the battery in it, (iPods can't), I can drag and drop mp3's using explorer, and I can use it to transfer files from my computer to others. I am not encumbered by any sort of DRM, and it was fairly cheap.
My gf has the 60 gig video, and it is really cool, but I'll stick with ole Betsy for a while.
