Standing rib roast. I do at least one every year. Seared and then into the oven in a cast iron skillet stuffed with rosemary and garlic.

Pumpkin Pie, Stuffing, and Tamales. Girlfriends family only makes them this time of year. They are out of this world.

I haven't had egg nog since I was a kid like 8. I used to hate it. I should try it again and see how I like it.

smoked ham, all the evil desserts my wife and her family make every year, and the Christmas morning casserole.

Anyone have a GOOD recipe or brand of eggnog they like? Haven't found one I like in years
