I didn't get too far with it before winter hit. Just have the pedestal with insulating floor. I opted to go cheap and got all the dome bricks I need from old chimneys, but purchased new fire brick for the oven floor. I'd like to finish this summer, but I'm spread pretty thin with projects at the moment so we'll see how far I get. I'd absolutely post some pics of my build for you. Either separate thread or in PM when I get a little further along.

I trace my family tree as a another hobby. Also have 3 handguns. Love going to the range, or, weather permitting, my buddy's backyard and shooting. Biggest problem is ammo costs fortune.

I have a Sig P-229 .40. Picked it up at a pawn shop a couple years ago with a carrying case and 3 magazines for 500 bucks.

I have a Sig P-250 .40 Subcompact. I am sorta lucky that a good friend works at Federal and gave me a sweet birthday present. 500 rounds, so as soon as it warms up I need to get out burn up a few clips.
