Guillotine, V-cut, or punch?

I picked up the Xikar V2 cutter a couple of months ago. I had never owned one before. So I have my Swiss Army knife Cigar 79 and the Zikar V2. I use the Cigar 79 as my EDC knife. I always carry a knife so the Cigar 79 lets me have one thing to carry so I always have a cutter handy plus all the other 14 tools on the knife. The V2 stays home so it comes out if I smoke at home or if I have a plan to smoke some other place. Putting the Cigar 79 and the Xikar V2 on a key ring is bulky and heavy in the pocket. I tend to V-cut cigars that have good draws or short Box pressed cigars (less than 5 in). I use the the Cigar 79 for most Box pressed and, of course, Figurado shaped cigars.

Just picked up the VX2 about two/three weeks ago and it has become my go to.

Guillotine 95%, punch 4% and v cut 1% of the time.

I am wondering how you keep track of those numbers, like carving notches in a pistol grip?

V-cut 98.2% of the time, guillotine the rest. About a month ago I finally got around to using my Colibri deep V-cutter and for bigger RG cigars (52+), works better than my Xikar VX.
