I need some motivation guys!
Since beginning a teaching job, I keep saying I'm too busy to play at night. Well, that's just a pathetic excuse.
I'm thinking that I need some motivation in the forms of songs to learn to play.
It seems like quite a few of you are very good guitar players, so I'm asking a favor.
PM me some songs that I should learn to play.
Nothing too too fancy or hard, but something a person a few steps removed from beginner could play.
I'm into a ton of music and therefore I think it's hard for me to pin down any song that I want to play. I had a list, but that got lost somewhere and has yet to show up!
Genres I like: classic rock, blues, rock (jack white/white stripes, clutch, social d, etc.), funk, outlaw/old country, rockabilly, blues rock. Phish as well, but most of what Trey plays is quite technical and out of reach for me.
