A set of hand-ground forged wedges from Al Cloyd at Grind Golf. These bad boys have KBS Tour-V Wedge shafts with Lamkin Midsize UTx grips and are in a raw finish so they will rust nicely after a few rounds. Can't wait to get out on the course!

Thanks! Forged certainly feels like butter doesn't it. I'm ordering some Callaway Apex irons in the next few days as well. Those are so smooth.

Sweet! If you don't mind me asking, how long of a waiting period was it between ordering them and receiving them?
We probably went back and forth for about two weeks discussing what I was looking for with the grind options, which shaft options, and stamping/paintfill. Once that was all decided it was about 1 week before they showed up at my door. So in theory if you know exactly what you want going into it then turnaround would be about one week.

I love when things show signs of wear, but why is rust a good thing on a set of clubs?

P.S. I know nothing about golf... if that wasn't obvious.
So when a wedge rusts and you don't let it get excessive it looks more like a very nice patina. Some people will say it also increases the amount of spin you generate, but that's open to debate.

Thanks but my game (and bank account) are nowhere ready for that. LOL

BUT, you and FourKicks are certainly inspiring me to bring my clubs out.
