I have that entire b atch (29x 22oz bottles) of Bracket mead I made for 2018 HBH, been cellaring since last march. Bracket is half honey and half malt for fermentables, flavored with hops. Kind of like a sweeter honey brewed IPA. It is 8%

Made the mistake of telling my youngest son at the age of 3 that anywhere other than his pants was acceptable. Wrong real wrong. That Sunday at church he dropped his pants halfway down the aisle and pissed a river.
