Welcome from NC! I found myself in this same scenario years back. I started with marine coolers but later on I felt I need some temperature control so I upgraded to wine fridges (thermoelectric).

If you’re looking for reliable storage at a reasonable cost and are not worried about aesthetics, I would suggest coolers. They hold awesome humidity and you don’t need to break the bank.
