Where are you flying into? If Asheville, then go out and check out the breweries in the area. I'd be right there with you but I'm driving after work on Fri.

Thur evening, Hotel and Silos, Fri Morning Food/Booze shopping maybe a cigar or three, Noonish head to Smoky Mt............ (hoping that we can check in early, but have to see what it looks like later in the week)
