Homemade shine

Yeah, I would say aging pure shine doesn't do a whole lot. Unless it's the Apple Shine or another recipe that adds sugar. I don't know the science but when you add some honey or sugar and let it sit it seems to calm it down a bit.

I always thought of it this way. If you can make shine by succeeding in these three things you are a winner.

1. Don't blow anything up.
2. Don't poison anyone
3. Make something that you can actually enjoy.

Been through jars from 3 different batches of Rev's apple pie at this point... EXCELLENT stuff...

Ok I know nothing about this but I read this from top to bottom. Dave and I talked about Revs apple pie and I am hoping to taste this one day. It sounds absolutely delicious. I wish I was on the other side of the boarder.

I know my uncle makes shine but I'm not a big drinker but I am not opposed to trying things keep this up I am super interested and this is an amazing read.
