I like the PSD4 and the P2 is forgettable, but the 898V is where it's at for me. If I had to choose one Partagas that would be it, hands down.

Had my first PSD4 2 nights ago. I hardley have any CC experience at all so don't know what is better than another. I will say it was good overall mild smoke and has it's place and time to be smoked. I usually prefer full cigars, but it is a nice change of pace cigar. That being said I will not be running out to get a box of these.

I have yet to have a terrible PSD4 experience. Then again... I have yet to have any sort of PSD4 experience lol. I think this is the first time I've ever heard anything negative about them though.

Just smoked My last PSD4 from early 2010 and it was great. Even though I purchased the box with only 6 months from the box code. They were obviosly sick. And those of you that have smoked D4's know that they have a longer sick period than most cigars.

It's been mentioned in the past, for the best PSD4 experience. Try to get them either as young as possible and hopefully they are smoking well. When they go south. Let them sit 2 yrs before trying. Or purchase them with 2+ years on them. That said 2 year old D4's are hard to come by these days.

The only PSD4's that ever did it for me were the aged sticks with 4 or 5 years. I smoked one last week that was rott and it tasted like, um, smoke. :)

Really? I like the PSD4 and P2. I thought the 898V tasted like nothing.

Funny how different palates are.
