AMEN!.... If someone didn't say Cholula I'd Quit!.. I hear Cholula has a new Flavor out also, haven't seen it yet (In Michigan) but I'm thinking Texas might have it now....Tabasco Habanero is the only hot sauce thats worth a crap. If you want the flavor try Cholula's it has a wooden cap. It's not hot, but has tons of flavor. I put it on just about everthing.

I usually start with tomato paste (or even ketchup) as the base and then move on from there by adding vinegar, sometimes mustard, maybe honey, possibly molassass or hoisin sauce, maybe some bourbon or rum, peppers (jalepeno or habenero), garlic, spices such as oregano cinnamon, nutmeg may be added too, and I can go on and on, but it depends on what flavor I'm looking for and/or what ingredients I have available.When you guys say you make your own, do you mean from scratch or mixing a few & adding spices, etc.?
