Here in Central, WI Central Waters Brewery has their annual Bourbon Barrel Stout which is released in late January. I always thought this paired well with a JDN Antano. Well, last year in limited release and in a much wider release this year they now have Peruvian Morning which pairs even better with stronger cigars such as JDN Antano. The Peruvian Morning is an Imperial Stout brewed with coffee from Emmy J and aged in an oak barrell. This beer has another layer of complexity and is very good.
