  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

How do you cut your Belicoso/Torpedo?

Not sure of the advantage of the angle cut. I tend to "roll" my cigars as I smoke them... have to try the cut and see what happens.....

I do a straight cut although I have done the angle cut. The angle cut just isn't good for turning the cigars as you smoke.

i always cut belicosos and piramids at an angle. this allows, i believe, the opening more space allowing for a better air flow and the flavors of the cigar are more pronounced. if they're cut straight and not far enough down the cigar then i have found i can't get enough of a draw either.
