Get some Ron Mexicos, leave the bands on, and only offer him those when he comes over. Just tell him you only have a few really good sticks and you are saving them for yourself and if he wanted to bring over a box of good stuff, you'd be happy to share with him. Do it without any remorse whatsoever. Either the guy is 100% clueless and will remain clueless or he is a dick and should be treated as such. either way, you are good.
