Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I've been toying with setting up a rotisserie and roasting 'em. Where do you get your bean? And how do you store it before roasting?Alan, I use a Convection Oven/Stir Crazy (CO/SC) setup with a variac transformer. Built it about 2 years ago and its worked great. The batch size range is between 8 oz to 1 lb with 12 oz being the optimum for evenness of the roast.
