Much like Safariman and some others, for me a great cigar is pretty simple:

Tastes great
Burns great
Draws great

If it tastes good, burns good and draws good, it's a good cigar. If it doesn't make good on any of those criteria, it's a bad cigar.

A great cigar to me is one that:

Feels good in the hand

Fits nicely in my mouth

I don't have to draw too hard on

Stays firm while I'm smoking it

Tastes good

Doesn't get smoke in my eye

If I find myself looking at the cigar I am smoking and think, "man, this really a great cigar", then to me it is a great cigar. If a "WTF" or if the word "shit" enters my thoughts, it is not a great cigar.
And just because a specific cigar is great does not necessarily mean the next one will earn great status.

And it is known that @Glassman has nipples like large sugar cookies. 3 large Sugar Cookies! No vanilla wafers on "that guy".
