  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I am in HEAVEN

Ive had a pig out of 1 of these exact boxes at another firemans house. All I can say is it was one of the most tender meats ive ever eaten!

We rent that exact model every year for the family July 4th celebration. Works great. It's funny how we keep saying how easy it would be to make a knockoff of one but we never do. They rent just the box without the seasoning, syringe or thermometer but the meat still comes out amazing.

I've been personally roasting a pig every year for a while and have to saw this looks really cool. I've seen it on Throw Down with Bobby Flay and it looks great.

What is the price of one of these things.

BTW pigs are not as expensive as you might think.

These boxes are awesome. we bought one for my grandfather about 3 years ago, Id say on average we use it 3-4 times a year to roast about a 30-35lb pig. I gotta say we've been roasting pigs forever, old school home-made grill style. With this box it's as close as to set it and forget it as you can get and the pig comes out delectable. It has recipes on the side for turkeys and stuff as well, we've only done pigs. A little mojo, a pig and some rum and you have yourself a really really good day!!!!! Your going to love it bro...
