BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
I have saved for over 15 years for this day!!!

Okay guys a little update we won't be moving in until after the 10th of next month. So if you wouldn't mind holding off on the beating until then I'd hate for smokes to get ruined

Congrats on the new house. You picked a good time to buy which is a win-win for you and your family. I bought 6 years ago which put me under the water. That said, I'm still very thankful for to have a safe place for my family. enjoy! you'll make plenty of trips to home depot.

Nice part of town... thats actually pretty close to where I grew up a million years ago (spent my late teens off Hwy 64.. just a couple of miles past Germantown Rd..).. and very close to where I had my offices back when I ran a small business in Memphis (I was in Bartlett near the corner of Bartlett Blvd and Whitten Rd.. in the buisness center thats right next door to Range USA)...
Then you probably know the area better than I thought... We're off Van der Veer, in between Appling and Whitten off Reese.
I grew up in Germantown and lived in that part of town for the better part of 20+ years and just recently moved out this way (cordova/bartlett area) a couple of years ago. We had a place off Rockcreek, but it was a crap apartment and not really that good an area, believe it or not. This place is a few miles from the apt, but it's much nicer.

Congrats on the new house....but it's the family that makes it a home. Best wishes on that part too.... I can remember the sense of pride in knowing that I finally owned my own place.

I know that apartment complex well.. right there at the entrance to Countrywood
I dataed a girl that lived there back in the early 1980's when they were brand new apartments!
youre right.. theyre a little run down these days... I was just out in that part of town less than a month ago when I was home visiting some family..
