Cigar Lounge in Schaumburg is open until 8.

Part of that is a tobacco tax, I think the sales tax in Chicago is actually 9.25% but will be 10.25% in 2016. The rest is a city or county tobacco levy I think. But yeah, makes buying cigars painful here.
