Mine did too. I literally left it for like 2 hours and came back and it was 'almost' done. The backup stayed on 3 'dots' for almost an hour. Do you have a 3G? Seems like most issues I've heard have been with the people that have the 3G.

For any 3G owners, looks like multitasking will not work.

Even though I am a 3GS, I can say that the folders alone make the download worth it.

Updated last night. As was mentioned, back up took quite a while, but no big deal. Love the folder feature and the home screen wallpaper. I know it's not a functional thing, but I just love that.

Battery seems to discharge faster with the upgraded software.

I haven't had time to test that yet. Need a couple of weeks to see how it really does. I've heard that complaint though. Some think it has to do with the Multi-tasking, but I can't see how that is possible. Honestly, I'm not all that big on the multi-tasking just yet. Especially since there are so few apps actually set up for it.
