My brother runs a restaurant / bar (j. Gumbos - chain) just down the street from Jungle Jim's. He's got a nice size patio out front where alcoholic beverages are permitted. Sounds like a welcome back herf may be in order.

Nice! JJs is gonig to be one of my first stops once I'm back. What a great store. People don't know what they have in Cincy with JJs!

Today I think will be Ciabatta bread with smoke mozzarella mushrooms and chicken.

I'll be moving back to Cincy in June and look forward to chowing down at a few favorite spots.

I've been craving a grilled ham and cheese from Rombes for weeks and weeks ... too bad they're closed.

J&J Restaurant on Glenway here on the westside is better. It is damn near impossible to eat a double decker because of how much meat they put on it.

I went with sliced, fried turkey and provolone on a Kaiser roll with spicy mustard and light mayo, pickle on the side.
