forgot to mention... when in belize.. pick up 2 things...

Marie Sharps Habanero Hot Sauce... best tasting hot sauce on the planet... not crazy hot.. but certainly very spicy.. but awesome, intense flavor... and very cheap in Belize..

Barrel 1 Rum.. this stuff is super cheap.. I think I paid $15 for a half gallon plastic bottle at the airport.. (could have gotten it cheaper in town).. but it is SUPER GOOD.. has a really cool scent and flavor of cashews...

I'm way late to this thread but I have REALLY been wanting to do Belize, and especially Ambergris Cay. Have you taken the trip yet?
