  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

our listmeister is out of town until saturday, but this is what he sent me for preliminary lists:

#1
Bolivar Belicoso Finos - Promo 191.00
H. Upmann Lonsdales - CoH 162.00
Partagas Lusitanias - Promo 251.00
RyJ Robusto Els - Promo 228.00 aren't these out of stock?

#2
Bolivar Royal Coronas - CoH 165.00
RyJ Cazadores - CoH 146.00
R. Allomes Spec. Selected - Promo 173.00
Vegas Robaina Famosos - CoH 169.00
Punch Punch - CoH 182.00

#3
Montecristo Millenium Jar - Promo 416.00
VR Jubilaums - Christopher 300.00
Punch Royal Selection #12 - CoH 125.00

the #3 looks very top heavy. I vote we get rid of the millenniums, keep the jubilaums and add some other cigars to bring it up to $850 (maybe the punch punch and another)

Suggest away. WE could drop the MMs and add the Lusitanias and the Punch Punch or the RASS.

Talk to ya'll on Saturday, maybe sooner. I mean, Seattle is one of the most wired places in the world, right?

hey bj, the rass at coh are a hell of a lot cheaper. while not in stock now, they soon will be. also the ryj robustos els are not in stock at promo. and if we get the bbfs they will cost $220 because they are aged. that price you have is for the relatively fresh stuff.

so is everyone down for taking a chance on the jubilaums? I think that's pretty much the only box that everyone can agree upon at this point.

I'm down with the jubilaeums(sp?).

I think if you get rid of the mill jar, we can go with something else. Manuel has the RyJ's, but we may be better off waiting on those until April, so we can get more bang for the buck in march. April is supposed to be the "special" buy month anyway.

I'd really like to try the Punch Punch and Lusitanias. Maybe add Punch Punch to #1 and we have a winner. Just a thought.

I'm down with the jubilaums also.

Mack:

I bought a fiver of the '04 Lusi's and smoked one last week. I was very impressed. I may have already said this in here, but the construction/burn was better than any other young habanos I've had recently.

Oh, I saw your handle on orangebloods today. Perriloux is a piece of steming dog shit.

how about this combo:

vegas robaina jubilaums $300 (15 cigars)
punch punch $182
partagas lusitanias $254
san luis rey serie a $159

total $895*

*of which we knock $60 for the 3 extra jubilaums that dr. evil has offered to pick up. that brings us to an actual total of $835.

the top 3 cigars listed are the ones that have received the most requests. the slr serie a I just threw in there. but we can buy any box that is less than $174

That lineup is f'ing solid.

I am going to have to find a way to get a hold of one more of those VR's though, since I will be hard pressed to ever smoke my only smoke of that caliber.

I would have to say that the VR Jub's are some of the best looking/smoking cigars I have had this year. Hope that helps yall with a choice. Btw the lists' look great.

Lineup looks awesome. Punch Punch makes me oh so happy, and apparently the vr jubilaums will do the same once I have an idea what they are.

Now, I am off to get back to spitting pure hatred and venom at that punk perriloux! What an ass!!! :smt070

grant -- these are special cigars commissioned by the german distributor of habanos to commemorate their 15th anniversary. it is a special cañonazo vitola (same as the cohiba siglo VI) and only 15,000 were made. they are sold in boxes of 15. price is $300 delivered, but no guarantees against seizure and no refunds.

I'm going to order a box and if you guys want to include at least one for the group buy let me know. some have told me they would like more than one cigar (which is what you'll get as part of march's buy) and we can lump them together with our order. I'll stash them in your box for that month so you can save on shipping.

Jorge -- For March, I need to go back to one share, but would like to add an extra jubilaum.

EDIT: Nevermind, just saw the other thread about the jubs.

Scott -- F Perrilloux. And F Martellus. By the way are you at Baylor law right now?

you got it, man. thanks for the heads up.

I'm trying to get pricing and launch date of the psd4 reservas. so maybe we can include these for next month insteads of the jubies. OR we can just buy two boxes of cuaba salomones.

Yeah Mack. I'm at BU Law currently. It's hell, but I'm glad I chose it. i just wish everyone else realized how/why it's so different from other law schools.
