Ok brothers I’m starting the Shrimp Sauce Piquante this morning, so it will be good and ready for Saturday. It will cook for 12 hours, and marinate after cooking for over 24 hours be ready for something special.

Just to make a suggestion because I have gotten together with a couple of the guys coming. We will be smoking so many cigars this weekend, it will not be a fair review for the cigars. You may want to pick just one to do as a group review and we try to do it first while we have a good pallette to work with.
