Well these are a little late but here are some pictures from a pig roast I put on over the summer. Total cooking time was about 22 hours.





























Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
Oh man I love Mexican food, that is the one thing I regret about moving away from California for graduate school. Both my girlfriend and I are Mexican and we can't find decent food anywhere over here.Well, if ever ye come to Mexico City, let me know and we shall roast a "cabrito" (small goat) and share a drink and some cigars.
