Need your prayers for my Pop

The Power Of Prayer. This place sure has it.
Dad is stable and awaiting surgery in the morning to install a pacemaker.
Found out that he had 3 attacks and did nothing about it.
My sister called him this morning and could not understand him so she ran over to his apartment. He said that he couldn't breath (for 3 days-idiot) and was having conversations with his mother in the other room of his apartment. Thing is, his mother had been gone for about 25 years. So off to the emergency.
Dr. said his heart is old and does not have the "electricity" to run itself. So they are installing a pacemaker in the morning. He faught me on it because he said he is ready. Well, I'm not dammit.
So, I'll be there in the morning to make sure all goes well and he doesn't give anyone any hassle.
He has been quite different since my mom passed away 10 years ago. God forbid that I would (or any of us would) lose our mate. As men, we always say that we hope we go first.
