BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

If you can get in for a root canal, you'll be OK. The worry is they pull it, and then you can't smoke until the clot that fills the hole where your tooth was heals up. The sucking action fro drawing on a cigar may dislodge the clot and you'll end up with a dry socket, which would be ore painful than what you are feeling now.
A root canal will kill the nervein the tooth, but save the tooth. You are good to go several hours after a root canal. You might be alittle sore from all the shots and the surgery, but you'ld be cool after a day or so. I you can get in for the surgery by thurdays at the latest, you could be fine with a root canal.
Well I've made it with a 5 stick thus far and really don't see me going anywhere soon that would require a larger case than that. I would have gone smaller, but this was the smallest I could find with the pressure relief valve, and a handle
Well I'll be there at 6am to catch some waves, and AMG will be there from 8-12 holding our fire pit, so if you show up early, put your feet up and enjoy one with AMG

I'm going to buy the Watermelon tomorrow, but won't plug it until Wednesday. 3.5 days is plenty for it to soak up all it's going to soak up.

eckkiss:4 days and counting. I need to start getting my line up ready. Of course my line up seems to change as soon as one of these guys shows up, hands me a smoke and says you have to smoke one of these.

Saturday the 25th the southern hemi swell should continue with chest to head high waves for south facing breaks. West facing breaks are looking at weak NW wind swell and some wrap from the SW.
So if you are a bodysurfer or bodyboarder, bring your stuff. I have an extra board and fins if you need. Let me know and I'll bring them

84°high, perhaps a bit higher the closer you get to the smoke.
56°low, flucuating to 100+ the closer you get to the fire.
0% rain
100% smoke
winds From the North @ 7mph, just enough to keep the smoke out of your face!

After sundown, anyone facing west will experience additional wood-burning smoke that will envelop the entire south coast. The flames from this fire will be large enough to be seen from any Satellite in the southern hemisphere.
