Oldest Cigar You've Smoked?

oldest ive smoked is a SLR 01 from 'banger.
have older ones in the humi but cant bear the thought of smoking them!

Ahhhh...those Punch were fantastic! And I have an '85 Churchill Tubo as well. The oldest I've smoked was a mid 80's Monte Especiale No.1 and it was amazing!

I'm in the "haven't smoked anything more than a couple years old" camp. It might be something of a blissful ignorance, because if I smoke something that's significantly better than what I normally smoke, my bank account will implode on itself.

Don't ask me what it was, but I know it was from about the early 70s. Not a cuban though. The oldest Cuban I've smoked was I think about a '98. Yeah, I know, not very impressive. eace:

A Cuban Davidoff from the `80s. Unique taste that had a fine whiskey finish. Three of these vitolas were smoked with two fellow BOTL in Germany.

i have a box of 1991 el rey del mundo demi tasse in the humidor. I have smoked 1960s and 1970s H. Upmann that came in the glass jar. i have also smoked a Havana Dunhill which would have dated from the 1980s. All were / are fantastic. Age really does matter......

Got a mostly-full box of 1990 ERDM Demi Tasse and another box on the way! I really like these little smokes. Also have a box of '92 H. Upmann Belvederes coming -- we'll see how they compare. Have one 1978 H. Upmann Naturales, but haven't smoked it yet.
