Online cigar sales banned in Utah

It's been signed into law, no more online sales of cigars in the state of Utah.
I'm on iPhone can't post link. It also makes b&ms keep everything under glass and not accessible to customers.

I give it five more years before all internet sales of tobacco is illegal. I don't think the SCHIP returns are going to be as high as the pols are thinking they will be, and they'll turn up the screws to collect every dollar.
