I agree with you at least on the state bans. Many of them did it years ago with cigarettes in order to keep their tax revenue, and with these times as they are now it would be no surprise to see states make that move towards cigars too.I give it five more years before all internet sales of tobacco is illegal. I don't think the SCHIP returns are going to be as high as the pols are thinking they will be, and they'll turn up the screws to collect every dollar.

One thing I wonder about is when we buy cigars online, and do not report them to our states, we are technically avoiding paying our own state taxes. With this in mind, do we have much of a leg to stand on when it comes to CRA or IPCPR helping consumers who may be seen as "breaking tax laws"?
I would love to hear opnions from people who know more then I do.
