  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I stumbled across a thread on BA about this but not a lot of info.
Anybody heard of this one?

I mean...come ON!!!! DL aged in Pappy barrels? Are you fugging kidding me?!?!!? :popeyes::stretchgr

Some day I'd like to try some dark lord. Until that day I'll just keep making big bad stouts of my own. I have some big plans for one in the next few months.

oh I have gotten my hands on something very similar. One of the guys at the local shop is also a home brewer. he and a friend got a pappy barrel and brewed and aged a large amount of stout in it. hell it even had almost 2 quarts of pappy still in it. they aged it for 18 months. let me tell you it is the best beer I have ever had. nothing like it. it is black as night and will put you on your ass. If you can get a barrel do so and it is so worth the time.
