BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Glad you're ok, dehydration/heat injuries can be pretty awful. I've never been to the point of hospitalization yet but have been pretty bad before. Spending too much time in desert environments had taught me the importance of hydrating, and electrolyte replacement.
Ohhh wow. That’s crazy. Hey 5 hours isn’t bad! I’ve seen patients there over 12+ hours......

yeah man i've passed out from heat exhaustion before and that shit was fuckin spooky for sure. I really though I was dying tbh, but after i woke up15 seconds later I felt fine so no prob. I keep 2 1.5L smartwaters pretty much all the time now and dont do physical activity outside without something like a gatorade or body armor to drink.
It's also important to pre hydrate. Get in a bottle or two before you go and be active and you'll be surprised how much better off you are.
