Purchasing First Home!

Found out the house my wife and I want to buy will be available Friday! It's a HUD house, so we'll have to go through the bid process, etc... But, we're one step closer to getting away from the monster-in-laws!! WOOHOO!

BTW, any advice with HUD would be greatly appreciated!

lol, you have to realize I'm fairly new with cigars, only been smoking em about two years, and never had that nice of cigars until I ran into some more than generous BOTL! That would be total sensory overload to enjoy two premiums in one evening!
